A frequent complaint and ratings reducer of cake pans is the size of the cavities in multi-cavity pans. I try to read all the fine print before ordering so I am not surprised (or disappointed) when a small pan arrives. I guess I didn't read the description on this pan closely, as the cavities are smaller than I expected, about the size of a regular muffin or cupcake pan. With the indentation baked in, there isn't a lot of room for a filling: pudding, whipped cream, fruit, etc.Having said this, it is still a darling pan, and small enough that if you have a variety of treats available, someone could conceivably try two versions without getting too full.The non-stick coating is a little cheap feeling/looking, though it released the baked cakes well and washed easily. I wonder how well it will hold up over time. I have a number of other Kaiser brand bundt pans that have held up well, but they are a different coating.
