I saw this cupcake pan on an infomercial but didn't want to order from them. I had an Amazon gift card I had gotten for Christmas and found it on the Amazon website. I made cupcakes with peanut butter cup centers and mint pattie centers. They were awesome! You can use fruit or just about anything you want. I was skeptical about the centers running out the bottom of the cupcake, but they didn't at all. The pan cleans easily too. Next I will try corn muffins with jalapeno cheese centers. I highly recommend this pan for a new twist on cupcakes.

I love baking and seem to pick up all kinds of pans...a real sucker for them. I both this pan. One warning: Don't use Three Muskateers bars with this pan (or any other baking) because the nuget melts into nothing. In cupcakes it leaves a cavity but making lemonade out of lemons I filled the holes in the cupcakes with marshmellow filling and then iced. Great! I have Mounds and Almond Joy touse next time. THe instructions say use coconut, etc candy bars. I should have been warned.The pans bake well. Heavy and quality pans and today I'm making cupcakes again with the Mounds. The spike keeps the candy from migrating which I guess is the only reason I can use to justify this fun purchase!
