I've used this pan four times now. The result has been very satisfactory. No matter I greased the pan or not, the muffins always came out so easily. I haven't tried to use dishwasher to clean the pan yet since it's so easy to clean by hand!The color of pan is light-gray. But it doesn't affact my baking time, I still use the time recommended by the regular muffin recipes.

I've had this pan for a year now and I love it! It has even baking and it's truly nice to have non-stick that is really non-stick. I've even used it to make mini pumpkin pies for my hubby and daughter's lunches and it was perfect! I purchased two when I ordered them and would do it again and again. I am so exited... my first batch of muffins with this brand new pan came out nicely. Crust are on top, around, and bottom. I chose this pan because of its curvy design of the muffin cup wall-to-bottom (vs. straight 90 degree wall). Because of the crispy crust all around plus the nonstick, I just need two fingers to fish them out to the cooling rack. Nothing was left in the pan for cleaning.
