I received an order for hamburger rolls for my start-up business. I needed the pans immediately and Chicago Metallic Bakeware extended me the best customer service by first replying to my concern and delivering the on their promise. I made the mistake of not measuring my oven and the pans were too big, but I had a remedy. I enlisted the help of having a machinist cut them into two pans; one for 16 rolls and one for 8 rolls. I would not recommend this, because the quality of this pan for baking is perfect. The thickness and non-stick surface was the best. (The cutting, even though successful, ruined the blade, which had to be replaced.) Please note that when I start baking in a commercial kitchen, I will reorder these pans and not cut them.I would also strongly recommend the ePan products, but make sure you check the size of your oven, this company caters to commercial business :>)
