It arrived in perfect order, 2 minutes into the heating it started cracking from the handle on the right side all the way up the lid to the back of the appliance. Needless to say I had thrown the box away, I am house bound so I could not return it.This is the first item I have ever had a problem with, I shop Amazon all the time. I realize it was the Seller not Amazon.

Even though this item was well packed, someone else had this before and returned it. It was is terrible shape. I will mark this seller as black listed and not use them again. I am returning this as per Amazon's agreement and instructions and will by a replacement locally. This is totally unacceptable.
