The USA Pans 12 cup Mini-Crown Muffin Pan is constructed of aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. The metal thickness of this pan has been selected to allow for even heat distribution and maximum service life. An important and unique feature of this pan is its corrugated design. Corrugation maximizes the pans strength and prevents warping, denting and other effects of everyday use. No need for messy and unhealthy oil and grease. This pan is coated with Americoat. Americoat is a proprietary silicone coating. It provides a clear, non-stick, , non-toxic baking surface, specially formulated for superior baking. It's FDA approved; it does not contain PTFE's or PFOA's. It is not recommended to exceed baking temperature of 400 degrees F. Easy care. To clean, simply wipe clean after use; soap and water are okay to use. Great tool for "The Baker". This product is the same one that you could find at Bed Bath and Beyond, they don't specify that they are mini-muffins. The circumference of the muffin crowns are the same as any ordinary size muffin. The base of the muffin is smaller than ordinary sized ones.

I cannot say enough about USA Pans! These are the BEST pans on the market and the GREAT part is that they are made in the USA! Just plain awesome! The pans cook evenly, they look good after cooking and the pattern on the bottom of the pan does not come on the baked product! We have bought almost the entire line of USA pans including the deep dish pizza pans and we have not been disappointed! If you want your baked goods to come out perfect and without much fuss, then these pans are for YOU! :)

I was looking for a way to increase the volume of my muffin crowns, and believed that the way to do it might be by buying one of these crown pans. While the quality of the pan itself is great, the design is flawed in that the muffins it makes cannot stand the weight of the crowns and fall over. Unfortunately, I used it once and threw it away.
