This is the best silicone muffin pan I've ever used. The one feature that sets it apart is the sturdy, hard silicone handles. You can pick it up and it won't collapse under it's own weight. Some silicone pans use a metal tray because they are so flimsy. You don't have to worry with this model. But you do have let your muffins cool about ten minutes before you can pop them out of the pan. So you might want to have two or four sets so you can always have a batch baking while a set is cooling. While the photo doesn't show any scale, this model bakes standard sized muffins.

After going broke trying the full variety of silicone muffin and scone pans on the market, this is the winner. All the others, while maybe doing a great baking job, wouldn't come clean & had that nasty sticky film remaining(Sur La Table, etc) or baked on product embedded in the edges(Wilton). The Orka washes up easily in the dishpan. Happy muffining!

I just received this pan and with just a spray of Pam, muffins just slide out! It is a little flimsy however and you need to hold both handles securely when pulling it out of the oven. I didn't notice any bad odor from it so overall I am very pleased! And they are much less expensive than Demarle or Sur la Table.
