These are the exact pans we've been seeking. We bought 4 of them, since we prefer the larger size. They are well built, bake perfectly, clean easily and should last 20+ years. Stainless steel is the true non-stick. We don't bake, with anything else. All our bakeware is stainless.UPDATE: What seemed like great pans, initially, turned out to be rust buckets, after a few months. They didn't start to rust, until about 2 months into average usage, then deteriorated quickly, causing us to have to throw them out.

It arrived quickly and in good condition but... After one use and hand washing it rusted in each spot that was touching the dish drainer. Since when does stainless steel rust? This product is very inferior in quality and may not actually be stainless steel. I have had them now for just over 3 months and they have continued to deteriorate. I'm at the point of having to treat them like they were regular steel and use SOS pads on them to remove the rust. That will hasten their deterioration. I would not recommend them. I would look for quality in a brick an mortar store where I could have seen that they were not a solid piece that was crimped together at the top of each cup and that they didn't look like real stainless steel.

Had to return this item, it was very thin and had a cheap feeling to it. It also had dents on the bottom of all the cups. There was no protective wrapping or even a plastic bag for it. Getting something heavier and a little bit more expensive. At least Amazon has a great return policy for damaged items.
