A great addition to our baking/cooking pans.We have been baking Yorkshire Pudding's for years using the non-stick Muffin pans and no matter what we did they would always stick to the pans in one way or another.We used the Silicone Pans for the first time and the Yorkshire Puddings came straight out, we couldn't believe it.

This is an excellent muffin pan. I'll never need paper inserts again. I put a little spray of Pam Cooking Spray into each cup. Use a paper towel to spread it around - bottom and up sides. Then fill each cup with recommended amount of batter and bake on a cookie sheet in the oven. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before removing muffins from pan (or they get dented and deformed - still taste good). Clean up is a breeze too. Wipe gently with a sponge using soap and warm water.

I didn't buy this silicone muffin pan for baking. Nope, instead I bought it to freeze my homemade baby food. My daughter eats quite a bit of solids, so I knew that using and ice cube tray wasn't going to work out. So, I decided to go this route (also, I can use this to freeze individual portions of soup).I tried it the other day and it worked like a charm. It wasn't too hard to get the frozen food out (you just had to mess with the sides a bit to loosen it) and clean up was easy. My only gripe is that I wish it was a bit more sturdy, but I guess that's what silicone is all about, right?I had heard somewhere that you know it's pure silicone if when you bend it, then it shouldn't turn white. Out of curiosity, I did this and there was no whiteness.
