The metal thickness of this pan has been selected to allow for even heat distribution and maximum service life. An important and unique feature of this pan is its corrugated design. Corrugation maximizes the pans strength and prevents warping, denting and other effects of everyday use. No need for messy and unhealthy oil and grease. This pan is coated with Americoat. Americoat is a proprietary silicone coating. It provides a clear, non-stick,non-toxic baking surface, specially formulated for superior baking. It's FDA approved; it does not contain PTFE's or PFOA's. It is not recommended to exceed baking temperature of 400 degrees F. Easy care. To clean, simply wipe clean after use; soap and water are okay to use. It is not recommended that pan be washed in dishwasher because harsh chemicals can cause the non-stick material to breakdown in time. Dry pan completely, after cleaning. I am absolutely in love with all of my USA pans. They bake beautifully, are non-stick which makes them easy to keep clean with just a little soap and a wipe, stack nicely and even look good. The textured metal seems to help with even baking. This one is a real winner. I just made a pan of blueberry muffins that are sized to keep inches off the waist. Browned nicely and moist inside. I am giving away all my metal pans, including my cast iron (well maybe not ALL of it). These USA pans are going to last a life time. The pan is worth every penny I paid for it.

I own USA Pans: mini muffin, mini loaf, 14" thin pizza, meatloaf, 2 bread pans, 2 cake pans, regular muffin, individual pie, regular pie, 2 jelly roll and a cookie sheet. That should speak volumes. Heavy, nonstick, evenly browns, easy cleanup, stay new looking, baked goods fall out. I made low fat and calorie "brownie bites" in this pan yesterday, which were decadent and 90 calories each. Here are my tidbits: Remove baked product immediately as it will continue to cook and sometimes burn if cooled in these pans. Reduce cooking time and/or temperature with these pans. If you are limited on funds, you absolutely don't need all that I have. The 14 inch pizza pan makes a great biscuit pan or small cookie sheet. The jelly roll pans make great pizza pans and/or cookie sheets. The cake pans make great deep dish pizza pans. Don't bother with the pie pan because you can't cut on these pans and would have to purchase a nonmetal knife to slice the pie. You don't need a "brownie bites" pan when you have a mini muffin pan and a circular well is easier to wipe out then a square well. A regular muffin pan is just a mini loaf pan with a different shape.

I bought this mini muffin pan after my favorite non-stick mini muffin pan's finish started to chip. The recipe that I use most often with this always stuck like crazy with my old pan, even with me spraying it every time. I had one mini muffin pan that wouldn't stick as bad, but even it stuck some. So, after reading the reviews, I bought it, but thought for sure it would still stick. Boy was I wrong! I would give this thing 10 stars if I could. The first time I used it, I sprayed it with non-stick cooking spray and the muffins just slid out so easy and left no residue behind. I was so amazed, then my husband suggested that I not use any spray at all since it does eventually ruin the finish on pans, so I tried it without any spray or grease at all and it worked just as well. I don't understand how this miracle pan works, but I want EVERY pan they make! I'm hooked. I've already purchased 3 different USA pans for my best friend and 1 for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I can't wait to try them all. The other great thing about these pans is that they are made in the USA, which is difficult to find these days, so what are you waiting for? You won't regret this purchase.
