I wrote in another review that I have been upgrading to Wilton products over the years after having to toss other baking pans. I recently got this mini muffin pan and LOVE it! Very easy clean up and once you get the hang of the small portions it is so fun to use. I have made cupcakes, muffins, and brownie bites--very perfect size for people to just eat a little something. My next projects will be little cheesecakes, quiches, and stuffed mushrooms.There are also TONS of cute papers you can buy for these with themes for various holidays or just save money and buy the plain white. I have used and enjoyed this more than I thought I would and highly recommend it!(PS if you have Amazon Prime this ships free. Another huge plus for people who don't live near a store that carries specialty items)

I bought two of these pans at my local bakery store. I have only used them once, but I was very happy with them. My only complaint is that at there is sort of a rim around the top where each of the cupcakes sit and the batter/cooked cake gets stuck in there, but a little scrub with a soapy toothbrush works just fine. The entire pan cleaned up so very easily. Also, the pan is study (which I like) but not heavy. I would definitely recommend this mini pan to a friend.

I used this pan to make mini cupcakes. At first I thought the cups were too shallow; they are more shallow than some other ones I've seen. But the paper cups I bought fit perfectly in them. And because they're not as deep, it's easy to remove the cupcakes without having to dig them out. It was super easy to clean. I used to be very wary about dropping batter onto any part of a pan where it's not covered because I'd have to shave it off later and it'll ruin the pan. But this pan was truly non-stick. I just wipe of the droplets of baked batter on the surface at the same time I remove the cupcakes and they just come right off!
